Property owners are able to access the online accounting portal to obtain documents when it is convenient for you. Reporting including financial statements, tenant receivables/delinquency reports, work order history, and rent rolls is available when you need it.
NOTE: We only charge a management fee on the amount of rent collected. If a tenant fails to pay rent, or if a property is vacant, we do NOT charge a management fee.
Maintenance and Repair Services
