Eric started Reserve Management Company after serving as the Director of Property Management for a mid-sized management company in the Metro Detroit area. During his tenure in this role Eric was responsible for quarterbacking the growth of the management portfolio from 40 properties to over 550 properties/units.
After experiencing firsthand the complexities & complications of managing all types of properties, in all types of areas, for all types of investors, Eric saw a glaring gap in the property management industry and decided to establish this management firm with a more concise and focused business model.
Monica DeStefanis is a licensed Real Estate Agent specializing in leasing throughout the Metro Detroit area. Monica specializes in buyers, sellers, landlords, & tenants. She takes pride in her clients with superior customer service and communication. She is committed to helping all of her clients with their real estate needs. Outside of Real Estate, Monica enjoys spending time with her family & watching baseball.
