Eric Wizenberg
Founder and Principal
Eric founded Reserve Management Company after serving as the Director of Property Management for a mid-sized firm in Metro Detroit. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in expanding the management portfolio from 40 properties to over 550 units.
Through firsthand experience managing a wide range of properties, across diverse locations, and for various types of investors, Eric recognized a critical gap in the property management industry. This insight led him to establish Reserve Management Company with a more streamlined and strategic business model, focused on delivering superior service and results.
Additionally, Eric is a licensed real estate broker and an experienced investor. He has successfully syndicated joint venture residential acquisitions totaling more than 1,000 units across the Metro Detroit area.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and spending as much time as possible outdoors.
